New embroidery artwork usually needs digitising: converting your logo into instructions for the embroidery machine. Setup costs are included in your quote. Fine lettering and intricate detail may need adjustment for a clear stitched result.

What is the minimum embroidery order?
Retail embroidery starts at 15 garments per design. Sizes and garment styles can be mixed when the same design and decoration method meet the minimum. Trade embroidery starts at 25 units. See our ordering FAQs.
What changes the cost of logo embroidery?
Garment choice, quantity, logo size and complexity, placement and artwork setup affect the quote. Send your logo, garment preference, size breakdown and quantity so we can price the actual job.
Can you embroider caps and supplied garments?
We offer cap embroidery, including raised 3D embroidery for suitable designs. Selected customer-supplied garments can be decorated with an additional service charge. We check the garment and design for suitability first.
How long does embroidery take?
Standard orders usually take 7–10 business days after we receive your deposit, required information and production-ready approved artwork. Timing depends on the job and stock availability. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote so we can confirm what is possible.
Can I collect my embroidered uniforms?
Yes. Collection is available from 4/14-16 Hartnett Drive, Seaford, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, once your order is ready. We also arrange Australia-wide delivery. Read our pickup and shipping information.
