Every job is priced individually based on the garment, method, quantity and complexity. We don’t publish fixed prices.

We aim to respond within 2–3 hours during business hours.

Custom decorated garments start with a quote so we can confirm sizing, artwork and production details. Ready-to-press transfers can be ordered through our separate DTF store.

DTF printing: 15 units per design. Embroidery: 15 units per design. Screen printing: 50 units per design.

We no longer take one-off or small-run decorated garment orders below these minimums, even with additional payment.

Yes — per design/artwork and per decoration method. Different designs or methods must each meet their own minimum.

Yes. Sizes and styles can be mixed as long as the total for that design and method reaches the required minimum.

Yes. Trade orders start at 25 units for print and embroidery, and 50 units for screen printing.

Production-ready vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred. Send what you have and we’ll advise if it needs preparation. Artwork charges may apply and will be discussed with you.

Yes. You’ll receive a visual proof to approve before production begins.

New embroidery artwork usually needs a one-off digitising fee. Any artwork or setup costs will be included in your quote.

Standard orders usually take 7–10 business days. Timing starts once your deposit, required information and production-ready approved artwork are received. We confirm timing for your job.

Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote. We’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit.

A minimum 50% deposit is required before production unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paying your deposit authorises us to order stock and begin work.

Bank transfer is preferred. We also accept credit card, EFTPOS, PayPal and cash.

The balance is due on collection or within seven days of notification that the order is complete, whichever comes first. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Yes. Pickup is available at 19 Deepwater Court, Cranbourne West, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Yes. We choose a suitable economical shipping method and invoice the courier cost once confirmed. We can also arrange delivery to multiple locations.

Selected customer-supplied garments are welcome with an additional service charge. We do not print on Anko garments. We’ll check suitability for the decoration method.

We can help with supplier specifications and sizing. If you need a physical production sample, request it before approving full production; additional charges may apply.

We are Ethical Clothing Australia accredited, use recycled thread and recycled PET film. Ask about organic and recycled garment options.
